It’s fun to send the big kids off to school and spend my day in little kid land (no homework required). Lucy and Conrad are great playmates, and even though she is gone to preschool most mornings, we love having her back in the afternoon. It’s sad to think think she will be gone ALL day in the fall for Kindergarten but thankfully we are making some good memories until then.
Lake Needwood is only five minutes from our door and on this day we were lucky enough to meet up with friends to hike a “little” around it.
Milcreek Preschool had a “Transportation Day” so Conrad, Lucy and I spent the morning checking out all the vehicles. Surprisingly, they really loved the hearse. I didn’t go into much detail on what it is used for.
Lucy passed Level 1 of swim school. I feel like this is always a huge step for my kids because once the basics (getting head in water) are mastered, swimming happens!
This kids LOVES apples and attempts to eat many a day.
I love when kids are beginning to write and everything is spelled phonetically. This label made by Lucy made me smile.
This kid is looking so grown-up to me! He was super excited to be taking his purse with him.
This girl loves life! She anticipated the 100th day of preschool like it was Christmas. She also loved catching wooly caterpillars at the park.
Charlie’s buddy Isaac was in the Middle School musical so I took him to see it. We both really enjoyed it!
