Charlie had some art on display at the mall. He’s got some skill.
I have been taking part in a few research studies at the NIH. This escalator from the metro up to the medical center makes me nervous. I now try to walk up it without stopping to add to my morning exercise.

Free cone day at Ben and Jerry’s! Killing time in line!

My darling friend Andrea Gardner (and hairdresser) moved into a beautiful renovated home. We were so happy for her and the beginning of this new chapter in her life so we through her a house warming party. These pictures were taken after everybody left because it was a FULL house. It makes complete sense because everybody LOVES their hairdresser and Andrea is awesome besides that!
I totally get the elevator thing! Every Tues/Thurs I make myself walk up Wheaton's. It gets me panting for sure.
